Cider is a loyal dog that has natural hunting ability. She is brucellosis free and is Penn Hip tested. Unlike many Shorthairs she doesn't run off. She has a natural retrieve and always has something in her mouth.

My dog Journey at Mount Eleanor with my friend Molly. Although Journey is from a hunting kennel, the only thing she wants to hunt is a soft place to sleep. I had her spayed as she didn't live up to my high standards for breeding.
Stanley is now Lazy Heart's Stand Up Man. He is starting his show career in Montana. He is from Cider's litter in January 2008
The dog on the left is Duke (the lighter colored dog) who lives in Canada. He is from Cider's 2008 litter. The owners say he is great hunting dog and family pet.
Sparrow our puppy that we kept from 2008. Everyone loves Journey our old dog.
Cameo our pick from Cider's Dec 2009 litter. I guess she was too tired to get all the way on the couch. She is spoiled, I don't like dogs on furniture but I didn't  get my way on that one.
